Of course my well pump failed a couple of days before Christmas at my rental home!! I couldn't reach many companies and others that I was able to email did not respond. But Jeff did and was very sympathetic. A true professional gentleman.

I was having problems with old submersible pump. Steve was very helpful, went out of his way to show up on short notice, moreover during the weekend. Spent almost two hrs here performing checks and his charge was very reasonable. If necessary, he was ready to replace the pump even on Sunday, fortunately it was not in the end necessary. Thumbs up from a satisfied client.
